Business Talent (Migrant)
This visa is for successful business people who are owners (or part-owners)
of a business (or businesses) and will use their business skills to
obtain a substantial ownership interest in a new or existing business
in Australia and actively participate in that business at a senior management
level. The applicant must be sponsored by a State or Territory government.
Business Owner (Residence)
This visa is for holder of a Business Owner (Provisional), a State/Territory
Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional), a Senior Executive (Provisional),
a State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional) visa, an
Investor (Provisional) or a State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional)
visa who have had successfully managed the operation of main business(es)
in Australia for 2 years.
Investor (Residence)
This visa is for holder of an Investor (Provisional) visa who have been
in Australia for a total of at least 2 years in the 4 years and have
held the designated investments
in Australia for at least 4 years.
State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Residence)
This visa is for successful business owners who have been sponsored
by an appropriate regional authority of a State or Territory government
and successfully managed the operation of main business(es) in Australia
for 2 years.
State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Residence)
This visa is for holder of a State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional)
visa who have been resident in the sponsoring State/Territory for least
2 years in the 4 years and have held the designated investments in Australia
for at least 4 years.
Established Business in Australia
This visa is for certain temporary visa holders in Australia
who have established a business in Australia. Applicants must satisfy
a points test.
